Review: Armin Van Buuren In Brisbane - Insane Events Australia

First of all we did what any normal person would do and turn up to the event an hour and half later, thinking that the line would have disappeared.. boy were we wrong ! an hour later we finally got through at 11.30pm. Estimating approx. 2500 people (yet sydney managed to get 5500 people through the gates by 10pm).

What can i say, BRISBANE PEOPLE DO NOT KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THERE DRUGS !!! I've never been pushed and shoved and hit at any other event (even copped a bottle to the head that some ass threw).

And omggg, what's the go with the brisbane stomp !! lol (Youtube it).

They are honestly an aggressive crowd (i.e: paranas on a feeding frenzy) ... no wonder it's Armin's first time ! From what i witnessed on the night they don't go for the music nor the dj, it's just an excuse to get fucked off there heads !

Armin on the other hand, he just doesn't disappoint - He played for 4 hours, and started playing @ midnight (phat set, love it).

Moral of this thread, Sydney was so much better of an event, and from what i heard so was Melbournes ... DON'T PARTY IN BRISSY, you'll be left with bruises.

Yeah some other dj tydi i think his name is, was playing his shit before .. armin came on to play stopped tydi's music then put his stuff on.

Yeah shit crowds make such a differance to an event. Do you guys have the problem with the Lads up there?

I'm from Sydney also.. i don't really avoid the lads..there pretty kool once you get to know them i guess, heaps kool to party with.

Yeah you tend to find the good and bad at all events.. don't really have to be the lads. -- on the other hand brisbane had all the bad lol

Melbourne crowd are awesome.. i find them better then the sydney crowd not that i have a problem with the sydney crowd love em.. though there just something about the melb crowd that is just right .. dunno there AWESOME to party with..
