Prepare to sweat and get ready to rumble.. Gear up for some man action. The second coming of DJ PAULO will have you slipping into your jock straps and slapping on some footy shorts for Los Angele's DJ Paulo - jetting exclusively to the Shift on November 8.
If there's a single word you could use to describe DJ Paulo's sound it'd be unique. Dark, deep, then progressive - percussive - and tribal, fans both new and seasoned say he's renewed their passion for dance after witnessing him on the decks.
He's transformed audiences at clubs like Stereo in Montreal and NYC, Ibiza's Amnesia, Taiwan's "Ministry of Sound", and Los Angeles' Avalon and Mayan Theatres. The Roxy, Sound Factory and Black Party have all been headlined by the Portugese native.
Now a seminal figure in LA's dance circuit, Paulo's current residencies include Reflex, Mars and Here. He's seen a lot of the world - and loves Sydney - and brings a true international flavour to his sets, handpicking sounds new and old for for their impact on the dancefloor.
