Chasing old skool trance track from around 93/94

Wondering if anyone can help. I'm chasing an old skool rave track, name and artist. It goes like this:

P.A.R.T.Y. T.I.M.E, Party time in the place to be.
Party ..... party children.

All you old skool ravers will know this track, but what is its actual name and artist. Any help would be greatly appreciated or a location of where to find it.
